This appeal is filed by the appellant-Insurance Company under Section 173 of the M.V. Act, aggrieved by the award, dated 30.06.2006, in O.P.No.661 of 2003, passed by the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein compensation of Rs.32,000/- was granted to the claimant.

No representation for the appellant. The order, dated 17.03.2017 has not been complied with. It appears, the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal. 3.

Therefore, the Appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
