Sri Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel, on instructions, submits that the respondents are prepared and willing to settle the death benefits due and payable to petitioner on the demise of Veera Mallalaih.

I am satisfied that the following order can be passed. The respondents are directed to settle the death benefits of Veera Mallaiah within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to approach the 2nd respondent with a copy of this order on or before 03.11.2015.
