Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for, by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
