SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11025 of 2011 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.166 of 2011 on the file of Siddipet I Town Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A4. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that the final report was filed on 27.03.2012 referring the case as 'civil in nature' and therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
