Heard counsel for petitioner and prima facie, this Court is of the view that no ground for interfering with the docket order dated 04.01.2018 is made out by the petitioner. The Revision is not entertained. The rejection of Revision shall not be understood, as this Court expressed any view on merits of the matter. All remedies available to Revision petitioner on various stages of the matter are left open for pursuing.

Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, with the above observation. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
