This Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the order dated 09.01.2019 that is passed in Crl.M.P.No.1182 of 2018 in CC.No.172 of 2015 which was hitherto CC.No.260 of 2012 i.e., before renumbering, on the file of the Court of Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Shadnagar.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor forwarded the common order of this Court in I.A.No.3 of 2019 in/and Crl.P.No.278 of 2019, dated 23.04.2019. Referring the said order, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the proceedings in the Calendar Case itself were quashed and thus, the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal petition stands dismissed.
