This petition is filed seeking for transfer of C.C.No.19 of 2016 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, to the court of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, to be tried along with C.C.No.15 of 2016.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 3rd respondent. None appears for the respondents 1 and 2, in spite of notice.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused in both the cases are the same and the complainants in both the cases, though are different, are subscribers of the same chit series and hence, it would be convenient for any court to try both the cases together, for effective adjudication of the case. 4.
There can be no difference of opinion with the said submission as the accused and the chit transaction being the same and it would be convenient for the same court to try both the cases.

The Transfer Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. C.C.No.19 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, and transferred to the Court of the I Additional Junior Civil
Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, and the same shall be tried along with C.C.No.15 of 2016. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
