THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY W.P.No. 5536 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This Writ Petition is filed questioning action of the 2nd respondent in issuing sale notice through e-auction dated 03-02-2015 for sale of the property. An affidavit of undertaking dated 11-03-2015 has been filed by the petitioner dated 11-03-2015 undertaking to pay the outstanding loan amount within three months i.e. by the end of May, 2015. Sri B.S.Prasad, learned standing counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that, in view of the undertaking now filed by the petitioner agreeing to pay the entire amount due by 31-05-2015, the respondents would not take any coercive action in the interregnum. Recording the submission of learned standing counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
