Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 & 3.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to appoint the members of the Trust board of the 4th respondent by considering the past history of rendering services to the temple only main priority but not take the political people's rehabitation/employment in the temple's trust board, CONSEQUENTLY direct the respondents while considering the services of the petitioner and representation dated. 29-11-2019 & 3-12-2019 made by the petitioner to the 2nd & 3rd respondents for the appointment of the chairman of the trust board of the 4th respondent and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner submitted two representations, dated 29.11.2019 & 03.12.2019, to the respondents 2 & 3 to appoint him as Chairman of the Trust Board of the 4th respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests this Court to give a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to dispose of the said representations filed by him before them.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 also submits that the representations as stated supra will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents & to consider the representations, dated 29.11.2019 & 03.12.2019, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
