This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A3, in Crime No.374 of 2018 on the file of Kavali Rural Police Station, S.P.S.R Nellore District. The offence alleged is under Section 115 r/ w 302 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner, being a jail warden, introduced one Shamivulla to A1 and A2 saying that he would help in doing away the defacto complainant. 4.

Hence, considering the nature of the allegations, this Court opines that it is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 5.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering himself before the court below. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
