Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to initiate arbitration proceedings in view of the arbitration clause mentioned in the agreement of sale dated 24.05.2014 and he filed a Memo dated 30.12.2019 to that effect.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
