This civil revision petition arises out of the order, dated 06.04.2015 in I.A.No.125 of 2015 in Society O.P.No.158 of 2015 on the file of learned III Additional District Judge, Guntur.

At the hearing, Ms.Padma Sharanappa, learned counsel representing Mr.B.Nalin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the revision.

The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
