Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri P.Raghavendra Rao, after arguing the revisions for some time, and when this court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders, sought permission to withdraw revisions with liberty to pursue remedies available under law.

Permission accorded and the revisions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
