HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1620 OF 2019 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) It is stated by Mr. Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the entire loan has now been repaid and the security has also been released. The learned counsel produced a copy of the communication received from the State Bank of India on 16.03.2019 releasing the title deeds. Therefore, the cause does not survive. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition stand closed.
