The writ petition was dismissed for default against respondents 2 to 61. Consequently, the challenge to order dated 26.09.2005 in M.P.No.180 of 2004, on the file of the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Hyderabad, is untenable. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand closed.
