Petitioner claims that he is the owner of land to an extent of Ac.2-27 1⁄2 cents in Sy.No.522/5 of Kothapeta Revenue Village, Vetapalem Mandal, Prakasam District. However, the subject property was included in the prohibited list of properties, by way of notification under Section 22-A of the Registration Act. According to the petitioner in terms of the judgment rendered by the Full Bench of this Court in "Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary Vs State of Andhra Pradesh1", petitioner submitted representation/application before a duly constituted three member Committee and on submission of such representation, report was called for from the Collector, Prakasam District. The Collector accordingly sent his report to the Commissioner of Survey, Settlement and Land records on 12.04.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the report was submitted and his application is pending since August, 2016, so far no decision is taken to exclude the property claimed by the petitioner from the list of prohibited properties. 4.

If what is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner is true and if such application is pending consideration of the Committee constituted by the Government in accordance with the directions issued by the Full Bench of this Court, the Committee is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner by duly taking note 1 2016 (1) ALT (550) (F.B)

- 3 - of report submitted by the District Collector and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law. A decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
