THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29613 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's vehicle was seized by the 3rd respondent in connection with a crime but the same has not been produced before the competent Criminal Court.

The Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the vehicle in question was produced before the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, L.B.Nagar, Rangareddy District on 24.08.2016 under Form60 vide inward No.4489/2016 and the Court had directed the 3rd respondent to keep the said vehicle at police station under the safe custody.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the said Court under Section 451 Cr.P.C., seeking interim custody of the vehicle. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
