Heard the Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by an elaborate counteraffidavit by the 1st respondent that the order in W.P.No.17602 of 2017 has since been complied with. The 2nd respondent has also filed a counter apologizing for filing a counter-affidavit contrary to the order dt.17.04.2013 in W.P.No.8984 of 2013.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed accepting the apology of the 2nd respondent. No costs.
