HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1777 OF 2019 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan) We have perused the material papers.

2. The plea in 2019 is that a direction may be issued to comply with an order dated 23.06.2009 issued by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1015 of 2005. The petitioner seeks directions more than ten years after the order of the Tribunal, merely on the premise that he has filed different applications from 2009 to 2019, we are unable to accept that plea of the petitioner to enable him to seek relief which would have become stale even under the provisions of the Administrative Tribunals Act.

3. The Writ Petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
