Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has since attained the age of superannuation, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petiton. The petitioner has since attained the age of superannuation, reinstatement orders cannot be passed at this stage.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
