THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3059 OF 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution is sought to be maintained against the order dated 17.12.2016 passed by the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District, in I.A.No.308 of 2014 in O.S.No.130 of 2014. The said I.A. was filed by the petitioner under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 C.P.C. seeking an interim injunction. By the order under revision, the trial Court dismissed the I.A. This order under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 C.P.C. is appealable under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) C.P.C. That being so, there is no reason as to why the petitioner should invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed on this short ground. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
