As against the impugned Assessment Order dt.16.12.2019 issued by respondent No.3, since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the C.I.T. (Appeals), we are not inclined to admit the present writ petition.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
