S.Krupaker Reddy, v. The District Collector,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.41964 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
Alleging inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in considering his application for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, dated 1108-2015, the present writ petition is filed. Admittedly, no application is filed by the petitioner under Form VI-A read with Rule 18 of the Rules framed under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application in the prescribed proforma as per the aforesaid Rules framed under the Act, and if such an application is made, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within two months from the date of receipt of the said application. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
