THE HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No. 3 & 4 of 2019 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.386 of 2019 COMMON ORDER :

The petitioner and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel.

I.A.Nos. 3 & 4 of 2019 is filed to accord permission to compromise and to record compromise respectively in Crime.No.426 of 2018 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet, Nalgonda District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 341, 307, 324, 427, 504, 506 IPC, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos. 3 & 4 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner in Crime.No.426 of 2018 on the file of the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet, Nalgonda District are hereby quashed and the petitioner is acquitted. The bail bond, if any, shall stand cancelled.
