Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition and, to that effect, a letter dated 07.02.2019 has been filed before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
