THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25064 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent reducing the subsistence allowance from 75% to 25% during the suspension period.

2. This Court granted interim direction on 20-01-2004, directing respondents to pay subsistence allowance at the rate of 75% pending further orders.

3. Now it is represented that interim direction is complied with and thereafter on the basis of enquiry report, the petitioner was removed

from service on 14-05-2009 and as such no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Considering the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
