ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that during pendency of the writ petition, in October, 2002, the petitioner has resigned from his post in the respondentCorporation and to that effect, he has submitted a letter dated 22.6.2018 to the respondent-Corporation stating that he intends to withdraw the writ petition, which was filed for regularization of his services.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
