HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 46688 of 2016 ORDER:

Assailing inaction on the part of respondents 1 and 2 in investigating the crime registered in FIR No. 330 of 2014 dated 02.09.2014, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, basing on the instructions submits that a private criminal complaint was lodged by the petitioner before learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad and the same was taken on file by the said Court vide CC No. 274 of 2017. Pursuant to the same, the respondents-police after following due procedure of serving a notice to the complainant, filed a final report before the said Court by referring the complaint of the petitioner as 'civil in nature' and the case is pending consideration.

In view of the final report filed by the respondents-police, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is therefore closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law to prosecute the aforesaid crime.
