Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners questioning the inaction of the VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in disposing of I.A.No.733 of 2018 (old I.A.No.1544 of 2013) in O.S.No.543 of 2013 on his file.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the said I.A. had been filed more than five years back and the Court below is not disposing of the same though injunctive relief has been sought for therein.

4. In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to decide I.A.No.733 of 2018 in O.S.No.543 of 2013, within two months from the date of copy of this order positively, after hearing the petitioners as well as respondents. No costs.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
