This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article-227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the lower Court to number Review IACFR.No.11918 of in IACFR.No.8876 of 2015(I.A.No.1073 of 2015) in ATC.No.5 of 2002. Having regard to the opinion expressed by this Court that the very Review itself is wholly misconceived, Mr. K.Joseph, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.
