HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 199 of 2019 ORDER:

Petitioners have filed this revision aggrieved by the inaction of the VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar in deciding I.A.No.732 of 2018 (Old I.A.No.1545 of 2013) in O.S.No.543 of 2013, pending on the file of the said Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the application had been pending for more than five years; that some of the petitioners are senior citizens; that the said application had been filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 C.P.C. and the Court below be directed to decide the said I.A., as expeditiously as possible. Having regard to the said submissions and in view of the fact that petitioner Nos.2 and 3 in the revision are senior citizens and I.A.No.732 of 2018 was earlier given a number as I.A.No.1545 of 2013 and has been pending for more than five years, the VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar, is directed to dispose of the said I.A., after hearing the respondents also, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed. ______________________ M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO 08.02.2019 vhb
