HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1678 of 2019 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice V.Ramasubramanian) The petitioner has come up with the above Writ Petition challenging an e-auction notice.

The auction was scheduled to be held on 24.12.2018. Today, it is represented by Smt.V.Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel for the Bank that the auction did not materialize. Challenge to the auction is on the ground that it was announced without following the procedure prescribed by law. Now that auction has failed, the same ground may not survive unless a fresh auction notice is issued and the very same allegation again comes back to the fore. For the present, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
