This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 18.02.2015 passed in E.A.No.71 of 2002 in E.P.No.82 of 1999 in O.S.No.128 of 1998 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Anakapalle.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that already delivery was affected and the same is not denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the purpose of filing the revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
