THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CONTEMPT CASE No. 428 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) This Contempt Case arises out of an interim order directing the Banks to maintain status quo only with regard to possession.

Since the Banks have not disturbed the possession of the petitioners, but have merely advertised the sale of the property for which there is no embargo, no contempt arises. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.
