HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39841 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the respondents complete the investigation in Crime No.405 of 2010 on the file of Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad and file charge sheet.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated in the affidavit that some persons broke open the lock of the house of the petitioner and stole the jewellery. The petitioner lodged the complaint on 23.9.2010 and on the basis of her complaint, the above crime was registered. But the investigation has not been completed so far. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"The respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.405 of 2010 on the file of the Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad, as expeditiously as possible". No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
