O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners herein was that the police authorities were not investigating Crime No.92 of 2011 on the file of the Panjagutta police station, Hyderabad.

Basing on the written instructions dated 05.06.2015 received from the SubInspector of Police, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home stated that upon due investigation in Crime No.92 of 2011, which was registered under Sections 323, 427 and 448 IPC, a charge sheet was laid before the learned XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, and the case was undergoing trial in C.C.No.1427 of 2011. In the light of the aforestated facts, the grievance of the petitioners is shown to be without basis. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
