HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.1795 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Just ice V. Ramasubramanian) The only grievance with which the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition is that they have not been provided with CForms, pursuant to the application made way back on 11.07.2016 in terms of Section 8(4) read with Rule 12 and 13 of the CST (R&T) Rules issued there under.

2. Heard Sri S. Dwarakanath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S. Suri Babu, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes (AP).

3. On 19.01.2017, when the matter came up for admission, we directed the learned standing counsel to take notice and get instructions.

4. The fact that the petitioner should get a response to his application for furnishing C-Forms cannot be denied, since it is a statutory prescription. According to the petitioner he has filed an application on 11.07.2016. But according to the learned Special Standing Counsel, the petitioner should furnish details.

5. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit one more application, along with the details, in the prescribed format. Upon such an application being made, the respondents 1 to 3 may take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
