This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of \ Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C') by the petitioner to \ quash the proceedings against him in S.C.Spl.No.33 of 2018 pending on the file of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Khammam. The offences alleged against him are punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of POCSO Act, 20L2.

None appears on behalf of petitioner. Perused the record 3.

The crime is of the year 20L7 and charge sheet was filed in the year 2018. As seen from the record, no interim orders were granted by this Court earlier. The stage of the case before the Trial Court is not known. Therefore, I find that there are no reasons to keep the petition pending and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Fetition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any' pending, shall stand closed.
