There was no representation for the petitioner or her learned counsel when this matter was taken up for hearing on 21.11.2019 and 28.11.2019. It was accordingly directed to be posted 'For Dismissal' on 05.12.2019. However, since a request was made, on 05.12.2019, on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner for adjournment, on the ground of ill-health of his father, the matter was directed to be listed on 12.12.2019 under the same caption.

Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation, yet again, for the petitioner or her learned counsel when the matter is taken up for hearing. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
