HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.175 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.33293 of 2017, dated 05-102017, wherein this Court directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon. Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent-Corporation basing on the averments of counter affidavit submits that order was passed on 12-10-2017 after considering the explanation of the petitioner and the same is challenged in WP.No.36060 of 2017 and the same is pending. As such, there is no violation of orders passed by this Court. It is to be seen that direction is to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass orders and accordingly, respondents passed orders dated 12-10-2017 and the petitioner cannot question the correctness of the said order in the contempt jurisdiction. So also, the petitioner has already filed writ petition challenging the same.

In view of the same, I do not see any non-compliance of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
