THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CrlP MP No. 7974 of 2017 in CrlP No.7573 of 2017 CrlP MP No.7976 of 2017 in CrlP No.7574 of 2017, CrlP MP No.7978 of 2017 in CrlP No.7575 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition Nos.7573,7574 and 7575 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :

The petitioners 1 to 7 in Crl.P.Nos.7574 of 2017 and 7575 of 2017 are the respondents in DVC No.5 of 2010 and accused persons in C.C.No.2 of 2017 respectively, on the file of the Court of the Judl.Magistrate of First Class, Amalapuram, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, on the complaint of self-same complainant-the 1st respondent, none other than wife of the 1st petitioner in all the criminal petitions and the 1st and 3rd petitioner of the above criminal petitions are the petitioners in Crl.P.No.7573 who are accused 1 and 2 in C.C.No.1 of 2017. All the petitioners except A.4 kavitha against whom defacto-complainant submits as she is bedridden and unable to move, and the defacto complainant present and stated that they settled the disputes between them amicably on the advice of elders and sought permission to compound the cases by Crl.M.P.No.7974 in Crl.P.No.7573 of 2017, 7976 of 2017 in Crl.P.No.7574 of 2017 and 7978 of 2017 in Crl.P.No.7575 of 2017 seeking permission to compound the offences by recording compromise and accordingly permission is accorded.

Having regard to the above, all the CrlP MP No. 7974 of 2017 in CrlP No.7573 of 2017 CrlP MP No.7976 of 2017 in CrlP No.7574 of

2017, CrlP MP No.7978 of 2017 in CrlP No.7575 of 2017 are allowed and consequently, the Crl.P.Nos.7573,7574 and 7575 of 2017 are allowed. All the accused persons/ petitioners herein in all the criminal petitions are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
