THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.962 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A-5 and A-8 challenging the order, dated 24.2.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.133 of 2016 in C.C.No.554 of 2015 on the file of the XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur wherein the petition filed by the petitioners under Section 239 Cr.P.C. praying the Court below to discharge them for the offences alleged against them under Sections 324, 353, 332 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. was dismissed.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners, while not pressing for the main prayer, confined his arguments only to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates on which the learned Magistrate insists for their appearance. The petitioners shall be properly represented through their counsel before the trial Court.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
