This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the order dated 27.11.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No.691 of 2017 in C.C. No.214 ;of 2010 on the file of the Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Manthani.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

The petitioner-A.3 intends to go to abroad (Dubai) between 15.04.2018 and 14.05.2018 to attend a Civil Contractors Conference. The petitioner-A.3 is a Civil Contractor by profession. He is a permanent resident of Karimnagar District. Under these circumstances, the request of the petitioner-A.3 can be acceded to.

In the result, the petitioner-A.3 is permitted to go to abroad (Dubai) between 15.04.2018 and 14.05.2018. The Criminal Petition is allowed accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
