Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of 4th respondent in taking action on the petitioner's complaint dt.20-10-2015, 25-05-2016 and 13-08-2016. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that Crime No.198 of 2016 has been registered on 30-09-2016 and that investigation is being conducted by 4th respondent in the matter.

Therefore, 4th respondent is directed to conduct investigation into the allegations in the complaint made by the petitioner expeditiously and file a final report before the competent Court expeditiously.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
