OFFICE NOTE 21.02.2023 Dr.CSL, J I.A.No.2 of 2023 Heard Ms. Preethy Swarnalatha, learned counsel, who argued on behalf of Sri R.Shiva Sai Swarup, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who is representing the respondent-State.

This is an application filed seeking the Court to extend time for two weeks for the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned and to execute the required bond.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though anticipatory bail was granted in favour of the petitioner through orders in Criminal Petition No.646 of 2023, dated 30.01.2023, and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the Court concerned within ten

(10) days from the date of the said order and to execute the required bond, as the petitioner was suffering with heart ailment, he could not move out and secure the required solvency and therefore, the time for his surrender and to produce solvency may be extended.

Contd..., not raise any objection for grant of such a relief. Also, the ground urged appears justifiable.

Therefore, this petition is ordered. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court concerned by 03.03.2023 and execute the required bond.
