This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners, who are A1 to A3, in Crime No.436 of 2013 on the file of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 153A IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent. None appears for the 2nd respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the case has been referred as action dropped by virtue of final report, dated 28.10.2014, filed before the court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri.

Hence, in view of the above, the cause in this petition no longer survives for consideration.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
