This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.602 of 2016 on the file of the Women Police Station, D.D., Hyderabad District.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

However, the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 are given liberty to challenge the filing of the charge-sheet, before appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
