For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered. The conditions imposed by this Court in the common order dated 29.01.2025 in Crl.P.Nos.740 and 805 of 2025 are relaxed and the personal bond and sureties executed by the petitioner in Crl.P.No.643 of 2025 & Batch is also applicable in this case. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the SHO, Shamshabad Police Station on every Monday, at 3.00 p.m., instead of 11.00 a.m., and the other condition shall remain same.
