This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.S.No.533 of 2012 from the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to any other Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
