This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in not releasing the Mortgage Deeds/Bonds of petitioners' agricultural lands to an extent of Ac.0.39 guntas, each, in Sy.Nos.197 of petitioners 1 to 5, respectively; Sy.No.219/2, 3, 4, 6 of the 6th petitioner, Sy.No. 219/2, 3, 6 of 7th petitioner; Sy.No.196/2, 3, 4A of 8th petitioner; Ac.198/3 of 9th petitioner; Sy.No.219/2, 3, 4, 6 of the 10th petitioner, of Tadoor Revenue Village, Cherial Mandal, Warangal District, presently Siddipet District, inspite of the loans obtained by the petitioners for purchasing the aforesaid lands are waived off by the 1st respondent and as has been confirmed by the 1st respondent through their proceedings issued in the year 2010.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners who submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.13.11.2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.24590 of 2015.
The same is not disputed by Sri A.Madhava Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the said order and the respondents are directed to release the Mortgage Deeds/Bonds to the petitioners in respect of subject lands by issuing clearance letters within
a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
